What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We stand behind our craftsmanship. All Blue Ruby pieces come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
